How do I place an order?
To place an order:
1. Finish adding items to your cart.
2. You can choose to pay through our website or via PayPal.
● If you wish to pay through our website, click the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.
● If you wish to pay via PayPal, click the PayPal button.
3. You will be redirected to our Customer Information page. You will be asked to enter:
● Email address
● Name
● Address
1. If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button to calculate the discount and apply it to your order.
2. Continue by clicking the "Continue with Shipping Method" button. Make sure you've entered your shipping address correctly (if different from your billing address). Once you've completed everything, click "Continue with Payment Method".
3. You'll need to enter your payment information. You'll have the option to specify that your shipping and billing information match, if applicable.
4. Once you've completed the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You'll be directed to a screen that provides a summary of your order along with an on-screen order confirmation and a second confirmation email.

What happens if items are missing or incorrect when I receive my order?
For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at service@purenordiccare.com.
Please provide your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof (the image file size must be less than 1 MB). We will be happy to resend the correct item at no additional cost, and you won't be asked to return the item you received in error! You can keep it as a gift.
How do I know if my order has been processed correctly?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and purchase details.
I would like to exchange the items I ordered. What should I do?
You can change your order no later than 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day it was placed. You can contact us at service@purenordiccare.com

How do I add items to my cart?
To add items to your cart:
1. Go to the item page you're interested in and select your preferences. Clicking the "Add to Cart" button will take you to the "Shopping Cart" page.
2. Enter the quantity of the item you wish to order using the "Quantity:" field next to the item image. After entering the quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.
How can I view the contents of my cart?
To view the contents of your cart, click the "Shopping Cart" icon at the top of the web page. Once you click this icon, you can easily change the quantity of any item in your cart by updating the quantity shown. You can also remove any item from your cart by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list.
How can I remove items from my cart?
First, click the "Cart" icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will display all the items currently in your cart. Once you've identified the item you wish to remove, click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. The item will automatically be removed, and the page will refresh to reflect the changes.
How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my cart?
First, click the "Cart" icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will display all the items currently in your cart and the quantities you've selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor over the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired quantity. Once you've done this, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically update to reflect the correct amount for both the quantity and cost, shown on the right side of the screen.

How do I use a discount code?
To use a promotional code, follow these steps:
1. Select the item you wish to order and click the green "Checkout" button.
2. You will then be redirected to our Customer Information page on the next page, where you can enter the necessary information.
3. You will see the "Discount" field at the top right of the page.
4. Enter the discount code and then click "Apply." You must verify whether the discount has been applied and is valid by checking the table below.
